Turn-around times:

Ardent Hearts Designs' items are hand-made and made-to-order. The time it takes for an order to be finished and handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS) varies from approximately 1-4 days.

Carrier and delivery times:

We ship via USPS with tracking included for orders shipping within the US. You will have the following options at checkout:

Ground Advantage: For US destinations, typically 2-5 days in transit (this is also how any orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent)
Priority Mail: For US destinations, typically 2-3 days in transit
Express Mail: For US destinations, typically 2 days in transit
Please note that these are estimates quoted from USPS' website and delivery times will vary based on destination and potential delays in transit.
Destinations outside of the US shipped via USPS Standard International usually arrive approximately 12-14 business days after shipment, but delays in your country's custom office can sometimes push the time out significantly.

Shipping costs:

All domestic orders $50 or more ship free via USPS Ground Advantage
The price to ship domestic orders under $50, domestic orders shipped via Priority services, and international orders is calculated based upon your choice of service during checkout, delivery location, and the weight of your order.
First Class (Domestic): Usually $5-$7
Priority Mail (Domestic): Usually $8-$11
